Commercial gas and charcoal grills
Large-format professional grills and charcoal equipment for foodservice operators and outdoor leisure brands, built from stainless sheet through to a packed unit.
What separates a commercial grill build from a consumer barbecue?
A commercial grill is specified for duty cycle rather than for a weekend. The cooking surface, burner tubes and grease management have to survive continuous operation, which pushes the build toward heavier gauge stainless, welded rather than fastened structure, and burners rated for sustained output. Cleaning access matters as much as cooking performance, because a unit that cannot be stripped down quickly will not pass a kitchen operator's evaluation. Charcoal models add a different problem: sustained high radiant temperature attacks coatings and thin sections, so material grade and thickness selection carry more weight than styling. YBT builds both gas and charcoal formats from its own stainless fabrication and assembly lines, and treats the cleaning and service path as a design input rather than an afterthought. Three grill models are in production; the gas models use SUS304 stainless burners, a porcelain-enamel lid and door panels, and a powder-coated body, and are CE marked as stated on their product specifications.
