Sheet Metal Fabrication Service
Multi-process fabrication routed as a single job, from raw material through cutting, forming and welding to finished sub-assembly.
Why your part is best finished by one supplier
A sheet metal part that needs cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly can be bought as five separate operations from five vendors, and frequently is. The cost of doing so does not appear in the piece price; it appears in tolerance stack-up, in transport between operations, and in the argument about which vendor caused a dimension to drift. Routing the part through one plant removes those three costs. It also changes what happens when something is wrong: a single supplier with all the operations in house can correct a die, adjust a bend sequence and re-run without co-ordinating anyone else. YBT operates cutting, punching, stamping, bending, robot welding and assembly on one site in Taichung for exactly this reason, and arranges finishing as part of the same job.
