    I have a concept but no drawings. Can I still enquire?
    Yes. Choose the ODM route. It asks about product category, target market, certification and volume, and does not require a file.
    What happens to my drawings?
    Files are received under confidentiality. If you request an NDA, send your template with the enquiry; both sides agree the terms and sign before any design information is exchanged.
    How soon will I hear back?
    A quotation for a simple part within 3 days. Complex assemblies take 1 to 2 weeks and a complete new product 1 to 2 months, because the quotation covers the tooling and certification plan. Enquiries received outside Taiwan working hours (UTC+8) are picked up the next working day.
