What is on site?
The 6,300 m² plant in Tanzi District, Taichung houses the full route in one building: sheet stock, laser cutting, CNC punching, stamping presses, CNC press brake forming, robot welding, assembly, packing and inspection. Finishing (polishing, powder coating, liquid paint and plating) is arranged as part of the same job. Keeping the metalwork on one site is the reason a multi-process part can be quoted as a single routed job rather than as separate operations at separate vendors. The video and the equipment list below give you what a factory visit would.

Stamping press line
15 presses: OPC-25N ×4, OPC-80N ×4, OPC-110N ×4, 160 t ×1 and two 265 t hydraulic presses. Dies are designed and built in house by two toolmakers.

Laser cutting and CNC punching
TRUMPF TruLaser 1040 fiber (2024) and TruMatic L 3030 (2019) for cutting; TruPunch 5000 (2026), TruPunch 1000 (2021) and TruMatic 2020R (2018) for punching and perforating.

Press brake forming
7 CNC press brakes: TRUMPF TruBend 5170 ×2 (3 m bed, 2025), TruBend 3066 ×3 (2 m bed) and SafanDarley E-Brake 35-1250 ×2 (1 m bed). Bend lengths to 2.5 m in production.
Bending ›Welding
OTC arc welding robot with a 1.3 m working envelope (2019), laser welding robot with a 1 m envelope, and a Universal Robots collaborative robot (2025).
Fabrication ›Assembly and packing
Sub-assembly through finished-goods assembly, retail carton packing and manuals, with direct container loading for export. Indicative output about 3,000 finished appliances a month.
ODM Solutions ›Inspection
Salt spray test chamber, coating thickness gauge, surface roughness tester and gas detection equipment for leak testing on assembled appliances.
